2022 READING CHALLENGES
For over 10 years now, I've come in here to berate myself about the previous years' reading accomplishments, and then subsequently talk a big talk for the year ahead. Well, this year has had the unique displeasure of having 2021 as its predecessor, so the only talk I'm doing now is one comprised of kindness, patience, and a promise to try. That's it. That's all. This year, I have finally and truly released the pressures that I have consistently and unfairly piled on to myself for all of these past years.
This year I am reading. Whenever I feel like, in any way that I feel like, and if I happen to not reach any monthly goals, I will not rage, I will not deep sigh, and I will not consider myself a failure.
This year, I am taking back my love for reading, and I am immersing myself in the power that it has to hold my hand, my heart, and my soul through one of the most difficult and trying times of my entire existence.

Ooh nice set of challenges! I'll have to do this Backlist one! I was just looking for one of these! Though it will definitely present a greater challenge for me in the new year since I'm still trying to find a job too and that definitely eats up reading time!
